How do I fix my DAZN TV device stuck on an old TV app version?
Some DAZN TV devices have an old version of the DAZN For Business TV app and require you to take action to update to the newest app version to get the latest app features and video playback quality improvements. The steps below will guide you through how to do this.You will need to complete these steps on every DAZN For Business TV device you own.
Once this action has been completed you will never need to do this again. In future, your DAZN TV device will automatically find and update your DAZN For Business TV app to the latest version.
Do I have the latest TV app version?
Your DAZN For Business TV app should be on version 186. To check your TV app version, open your TV app and go to the Settings page. Your TV app version is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

If your version is lower than 186, follow the steps below to resolve this.
1. Go to the DAZN TV Device home page
Turn your DAZN TV device on and press the Home button on your DAZN TV remote to go to the TV Device home page.

2. Clear your DAZN TV device update data
Go to:
- Settings

- Apps

- All apps

- Show system apps

- Arris Update Service

- Clear Data

- Select OK

3. Restart your DAZN TV device
Unplug your TV device from the power source, then reconnect it and turn it on.
4. Manually check for updates
Go to:
- Settings

- Device Preferences

- About

- Check for updates

Your device should identify a new TV app version and install it.
5. Confirm you have the latest TV app version
