What do I do if my Payment details aren’t accepted?

If your payment(s) are not accepted, please check the following:

Check that all the details are correct. 

Make sure that it is a valid payment method.

Only the following payment methods are accepted:
1) Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.
2) Direct debit: using Klarna's secure direct debit system.
3) Bank transfer: 
Recipient: DAZN Limited
Name of bank: HSBC Bank
IBAN: DE89300308801878986012
Reason for payment: [your invoice number]
Make sure your account has sufficient funds. (We will try to debit the amount several times).

The billing address for your bank account or credit card must be in the same country as your DAZN For Business account. So if you want to use DAZN from Germany, the bank account you want to use to pay for your subscription must belong to an address in Germany.

It may happen that a bank or credit card provider refuses a payment. In this case, contact your bank or credit card provider directly to check if the payment was successful. If not, please try again.
