How do I change my payment method?

Customers paying via Debit/Credit Card & Direct Debit – You can add a new payment method by going to the ‘My Account’ page and going to the ‘Payment Information’ section. You will be able to select a new payment method by following the instructions on screen

Customers paying via Bank Transfer – If you would like to change your payment method to Direct Debit or monthly credit/debit card payments, this will only be possible on renewal of your subscription
