What do I do if I have been locked out of my account?

If you have entered the password incorrectly 10 times in a row then you will be locked out of your account for 15 minutes.

If you’re still facing issues after this 15-minute period has expired, please check that you are entering the correct email address.

If you are not sure whether the email address you entered is correct, you can recover your email address

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it
