What do I do if I cannot sign in to DAZN for Business?

If you are experiencing issues when trying to login to DAZN For Business you can follow the steps below:

Check your email address and password for errors and make sure you are using the details you entered when you signed up for DAZN For Business. If you have entered incorrect login details you will receive a banner stating error code WMA-14


What happens if I enter the wrong password?

If you have entered the wrong password more than 10 times in a row you receive error code WMA-13 and our system will log you out for approximately 15 minutes before you can try to login again. This is to protect your account and prevent an unauthorised person gaining access.
